Ironwood DigitalTechnical operations
For agencies built on HighLevel

The technical department your agency doesn't have to hire.

A2P rejections, sub-account launches, broken integrations, sending domains. The work your VA can't diagnose and your clients can't wait on, done for a fixed price under a written agreement, by people who have documented every rejection code Trust Center can return.

Services

Fixed prices. Nobody pays us to build on a rejection we have not read.

The Rejection Read is the diagnosis itself, and it is refunded if the answer turns out to be that nothing on the form will help. The three below it start with a ten-question pre-qualification. Green means we take it. Yellow means a quote with the extra work named. Red means we tell you in writing why nothing on the form will change the answer, and what would.

Describe your project
Our commitments

What we put in writing, and what we will not sell you.

We do not sell approval. The Campaign Registry and the carriers decide that, and anyone who promises otherwise is promising something they do not control. Here is what we do stand behind.

Submission within 48 hours

Measured from complete intake. Every submission comes with a written report, with screenshots, of what was filed and why.

Resubmission at no charge

Until the carriers return a decision. Vetting fees are the client's, the work is ours, and we do not bill twice for the same rejection.

Balance waived if we called it wrong

If the final decision is a rejection we did not pre-qualify as fixable, you owe nothing beyond the deposit. Our diagnosis carries the risk, not your client.

Declines in writing

SHAFT categories, affiliate lead generation and agency-owned brands texting for many clients cannot be fixed by a better form. We say so, with the reason, so you stop paying vetting fees on them.

How it works

Four steps, and the first one is free.

01 · Send

Paste the rejection text

Email the exact wording Trust Center shows you. You get the cause and whether it is fixable, in writing, no call.

02 · Qualify

Ten questions, ten minutes

Industry, who owns the brand, EIN, website, consent form, the use case actually run, prior submissions. The form is here, and you can forward it to your client. Green, yellow or red before any money moves.

03 · Agree

Half at green, half at submission

Stripe checkout with the client services agreement attached. An intake link you forward to your client so the EIN letter and website edits never route through you.

04 · Submit

48 hours from complete intake

Submitted, then resubmitted at no charge until a decision. You get a written report of every submission, with screenshots, and the cause named.

Founding engagements · two spots

The first two A2P rescues are pay on approval.

No deposit. You pay the rescue price only when the carriers approve the campaign. If it does not approve, you owe nothing and you keep the kit.

Claim a founding spot
What we ask in return
  • A written testimonial once the campaign is approved
  • Permission to show the approval with your client's identifying details blurred
  • Nothing else. No case study call, no logo on the site without your say-so
Access and security

How we work inside your accounts.

Your clients are yours. Every rule below is written into the client services agreement, not just this page.

Named user, minimum role

You add an Ironwood user to the one sub-account in scope with the least role that does the job. We never accept shared credentials or agency-admin access.

Snapshot before any change

Every engagement starts with a snapshot of the account as we found it, so any change can be reversed.

Your audit log shows everything

Because the work happens under a named user, every change we make is attributed in your own audit log.

Written non-solicit

We will not approach your clients, and the agreement says so. We never speak to your end clients unless you ask us to.

Access removed at close

When the job is done, you remove the user. We send a written report so your VA or your next hire can see exactly what was done.

Client is sender of record

Your client's owner or officer is the authorized representative on the brand, always. We will not file it any other way.

Ironwood Digital does one thing: the technical layer under agencies built on HighLevel. A2P registration, sub-account launches, integrations, sending domains, and the diagnosis when something stops working.

We keep the book small on purpose. Every job is scoped in writing, priced fixed, and delivered with a written report and screenshots of every screen we touched, so nothing about your account lives only in our heads. The rejection code index on this site was checked line by line against HighLevel's own documentation and the Campaign Registry's published rules, not copied from a group thread.

We work as a named user scoped to the sub-account you assign, we take a snapshot before we touch anything, and there is a written non-solicit in every agreement. If we cannot fix something, we tell you in writing why, and what would.

Read the client services agreement before you send anything. It is short, and it is the same one attached to every checkout.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Do you guarantee approval?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. The Campaign Registry and the carriers make the decision. What we guarantee is a correct submission within 48 hours of complete intake, resubmission at no charge until a decision, and a waived balance if the rejection is one we did not pre-qualify as fixable.

Do you need my agency login?

Never. You add a named Ironwood user to the specific sub-account with the minimum role, and you remove it when the job is done. Your audit log shows every change we made. We do not accept shared credentials or agency-admin access.

Who is the authorized representative on the brand?

Your client's owner or officer, always. Registering the agency or the freelancer as the contact is rejection code 30972 and we will not file it that way.

Will you talk to my clients?

No. Tickets come through a form, intake goes through a link you forward, and your client never sees Ironwood's name unless you want them to. The monthly report on the retainer is white-label so you can forward it as yours.

My client has no website. Can you still register them?

Usually, with a one-page compliance page (business description, privacy policy with the SMS clause, opt-in form) on a subdomain of the client's own domain. That is a yellow pre-qualification and a $99 add-on. Platform-default domains and Facebook pages get inconsistent results.

How long does approval take?

Brand verification is usually minutes to a day. Campaign vetting is two to ten business days in practice, occasionally longer while it sits in Pending. That is why the deliverable is the submission and the follow-through, not the calendar.

Why is the retainer priced against a hire and not a VA?

Because it is not hours. A VA executes instructions. The retainer is the diagnosis, the proactive pass, and the report, bounded to a menu, so you never need to know why a 30034 error means the number is not attached to a campaign. If you already have a VA, the $297 to $497 tier is the one for you, and it is priced against HighLevel Priority Support, which answers questions and does no work.

How do payments and the agreement work?

Deposits are paid through Stripe. The client services agreement is attached to every checkout and must be accepted before payment. The balance is due at submission for A2P work, and fixed-price launches and projects end on delivery. Retainers run month to month and either side can end one with 15 days' written notice, exactly as the agreement says.
